MSI has officially entered the Mini PC space with its Cubi & Pro DP series which fills in the space left by the end of Intel's own NUC program.

Intel itself might have ended its NUC business but the company is working with its partners to see that the legacy of the NUC continues. While ASUS has reached the agreement to make existing and upcoming NUCs with some guidance from Intel, other manufacturers will follow their own path as to designing and selling the latest Mini PC products.
MSI has announced its new fleet of Mini PCs which come in the form of four unique products that include the Cubi 5, Cubi N, Pro DP10, and Pro DP21 series. Starting with the entry-level design, we have the Cubi 5 and Cubi N which come with Intel's 12th Gen Alder Lake and Alder Lake-N CPUs. It will support a small footprint of just 0.66 liters and comes with all the I/O you'd need such as TB 4, USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, Dual Ethernet Ports, and more.
The small chassis supports expandable memory and storage (M.2 / 2.5" SATA). There's also WIFI 6E and BT 5.2 support plus you get VESA mounting. Following are the main highlights of the MSI Cubi series:

The Pro DP series can be seen as the higher-end offering with a larger 1.1/2.3-liter chassis design but still being as compact as a pint. The PRO DP10 13M comes with 13th Gen Raptor Lake-P support while the PRO DP21 13M features desktop-grade Raptor Lake-S Non-K chips rated at 65W & up to Core i7-13700 with 16 cores which is supported on the H610 chipset. The PRO DP10 13M features two M.2 slots, 1 2.5" HDD slot, and two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots (Up to 64 GB @ 3200 MT/s) while the PRO DP21 13M features a single M.2 slot, 2 2.5" HDD slots and same memory support.
The MSI PRO DP 13M measures 178.82 x 34.48 x 179mm and weights just 1.1 kg. It comes with a single Thunderbolt 4, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, 5 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a 2.5 GbE LAN port, HDMI + DP, WIFI6E support, and a 120W charging adapter. The higher-end option measures 204 x 208 x 54.8 mm while weighing 1.27 kg. I/O includes 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and 4 USB 2.0 ports.
These Mini PCs from MSI are targeted at enterprises, offices, home theaters and SFF users. The pricing and availability has yet to be confirmed.
