ASUS unveiled three brand new ROG gaming displays at Gamescom 2023 including the world's first 32" 4K QD-OLED panel for enthusiast gamers.
ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDM Introduced As The World's First 32" QD-OLED Gaming Display, Up To 240Hz
The first display we have to talk about is the ASUS ROG SWIFT PG32UCDM which is labeled as the world's first 32" QD-OLED panel supporting a 4K resolution (3840x2160). This panel features a high refresh rate of 240Hz with a 0.03ms response time and 1000 nits brightness. It's a flat-panel display which is great for users who aren't into curved monitors and supports adaptive sync technologies in both AMD and NVIDIA variations.
ASUS is also incorporating new heatsink innovations to increase the heat dissipation area within its new ROG Swift gaming displays and also adding additional aluminum backplates and thermal pads for effective heat dissipation. There's also a new Graphene Film being added that decreases the risk of burning. Furthermore, 90W power delivery is also added to the latest displays. That brings us to the second monitor.
The ASUS ROG SWIFT PG34WCDM is a 34"-class gaming display with a Curved OLED panel that has a 3440x1440 resolution with 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms response time, and 1300 nits brightness. It comes with AMD Freesync Premium Pro and might also be certified as G-Sync compatible though it needs to be confirmed. Both monitors are expected to launch in the first half of 2024 and pricing is also said to be announced at a later date.
Lastly, we have the ASUS ROG SWIFT OLED PG49WCD which is a Ultra-Wide Curved QD-OLED panel that has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time. This massive gaming display will have an MSRP of $1499 US and will be available in early Q4 2023.
