The full specifications of Intel's 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh Desktop CPUs have leaked out, covering specs from top to bottom of the stack.
Intel 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh Desktop CPU Lineup Detailed, Complete Specs For K & Non-K Chips
We do know a fair bit about the Intel 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh Desktop CPU family and we also have seen a good sum of benchmarks leak out but YuuKi_AnS has gone one step ahead to publish the entire specs sheet of the upcoming family. Based on the spec sheet, there will be at least 26 CPUs in the family ranging from Core i9, Core i7, Core i5, Core i3, & the non-Core chips.
Intel 14th Gen Core i9 Desktop CPU Lineup
Starting off with the top Core i9 SKUs, Intel has five variants which include the Core i9-14900K, Core i9-14900KF, Core i9-14900F, Core i9-14900T, and the Core i9-14900. These CPUs will feature the very same 8 P-Core and 16 E-Core configurations that we have seen on the Core i9-13900 series CPUs.
All Intel Core i9 CPUs will feature up to 36 MB of L3 cache and DDR5-5600 memory (native). The CPUs will range from 125W K-series, 65W Non-K, and 35W T-series SKUs. Clock speeds will also be variable per chip with the Core i9-14900K boosting up to 6.0 GHz. The other chips will obviously be clocked lower than the K "Unlocked" SKUs due to lower TDPs and conservative power limits. Price-wise, the Core i9-14900K series will be the most expensive while the Non-K and T series should end up similar.
Intel 14th Gen Core i7 Desktop CPU Lineup
Intel's 14th Gen Core i7 lineup will also be made up of five SKUs similar to the Core i9 series which include the Core i7-14700K, Core i7-14700KF, Core i7-14700, Core i7-14700F and Core i7-14700T. It looks like the reports of Core i7 chips getting a boost in terms of core count are indeed accurate as we'll be getting 8 P-Cores coupled with 12 E-Cores across all SKUs. The chips will offer up to 33 MB of L3 cache and feature similar TDP targets for each segment.
Intel 14th Gen Core i5 Desktop CPU Lineup
The Intel 14th Gen Core i5 Desktop CPUs will have two variations, One will be based on the same 6 P-Core and 8 E-Core die under the 14600 family which includes the Core i5-14600K, Core i5-14600, Core i5-14600KF, and the Core i5-14600T. The CPUs will feature up to 24 MB of L3 cache and retain similar power targets across each segment.
The rest of the lineup will be utilizing a mix of the B0 and C0 dies which offer 6 P-Core + 8 E-Core & 6 P-Core + 4 E-Core configurations. The lineup will feature the Core i5-14500, Core i5-14400, Core i5-14440F, Core i5-14400T, and the Core i5-14500T. The Core i5-14400 and its "F" variant will get a 6+4 and 6+8 variant which will make the lineup a bit confusing for buyers. The cache will remain the same across the two variants but the reduction of the E-Cores on one variant will definitely be a major drawback.
Intel 14th Gen Core i3 Desktop CPU Lineup
Intel will also have three SKUs under the 14th Gen Core i3 lineup which include the Core i3-14100, Core i3-14100F, and the Core i3-14100T. These chips will come in a 4 P-Core only design with 12 MB of L3 cache and TDPs ranging from 60W, 58W, and 35W. These chips will utilize the H0 die and one more thing is that the Non-K chips only get support for up to DDR5-4800 (natively).
Intel 14th Gen Non-Core Desktop CPU Lineup
Lastly, we have the Intel 300 and Intel 300T which were recently leaked out and these two chips will be a return of the dual-core processors on the LGA 1700 platform. The chips will feature 6 MB of L3 cache, a frequency of up to 3.9 GHz, and TDPs ranging between 46W and 35W. Once again, the two chips will utilize the H0 die.
So just as a recap, here's everything we can expect from Intel's 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh Desktop CPUs:
- Same Architecture as Raptor Lake (Raptor Cove P-Cores + Gracemont E-Cores)
- Same Process Node as Raptor Lake (Intel 7 aka 10nm++)
- Higher Clock Speeds Beyond 6.0 GHz
- Support For Faster DDR5 Memory DIMMs
- Much Higher Power Consumption (Close To 300W)
- Compatibility With Existing LGA 1700 / 1800 Socket Motherboards
