Today, NVIDIA released a new Game Ready driver (version 537.34) for its GeForce graphics cards to deliver pre-release optimization for NetherRealm's hotly anticipated fighting game Mortal Kombat 1 and NEOWIZ's Soulslike game Lies of P.
Both games are set to launch on September 19th and will support NVIDIA DLSS 2 (Super Resolution). According to NVIDIA's RTX 40 Series benchmarks, Lies of P can achieve up to 1.9X higher frame rates at 4K resolution and max settings with DLSS set to Performance Mode.
NVIDIA also said it is pushing an over-the-air (OTA) update that enables Resizable Bar in Starfield for up to 5% performance benefits for RTX 40 GPUs. We had recommended manually enabling ReBar in our Starfield tweaking guide, and it's nice to have it officially confirmed by NVIDIA. The OTA update will be released to all users of this driver as well as the previous one (537.17).
The new Game Ready driver also introduces official G-Sync Compatibility for the following displays:

- AOC AG275QA1
- I-O DATA GDQ271JA
- LG 27GR93U
- LG 27GR750Q
- LG 38WR850C-W
Additionally, the one-click optimal settings optimization available through GeForce Experience is now also available for Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, Immortals of Aveum, Starfield, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Wayfinder. With these five additions, the total number of supported titles is over one thousand.
Aside from the Game Ready driver release, NVIDIA confirmed the latest batch of games to implement DLSS. RocketWerkz's survival game Icarus has finally received DLSS 3 (Frame Generation) support, almost one year after DLSS 3 was first announced with Icarus among the initial batch of confirmed games. The game recently received the New Frontiers expansion, adding a new map and biomes, new creatures, items, sets, resources, exotics, and narrative missions.
Last but not least, the shooter game Warstride Challenges has exited early access with DLSS 2 and Reflex support; Arcadegeddon now supports DLSS 2; Starsiege: Deadzone now supports DLSS 2, and the World War I horror adventure game Ad Infinitum launches this Thursday with DLSS 2 support.
