New Dragon's Dogma 2 gameplay footage was shared online today, providing a new look at the upcoming action role-playing game in development by CAPCOM.
The new footage, which can be watched below, was captured from the Tokyo Game Show 2023 show floor, and it showcases a small chunk of the playable demo available to attendees. At first glance, the second entry in the series features an art style that doesn't look that different from that of the original game, although the differences will surely be easier to spot once better-quality footage is shared.
On the Dragon's Dogma 2's official website, CAPCOM also shared the English language version of the demo's manual, which confirm some interesting details on Vocations and other game mechanics. Interestingly enough, it seems like the game will allow players to assign fewer Weapon Skills than its predecessor, four instead of six, but then again, this could be a limitation of the demo build, and things could be different in the final version of the game.
Dragon's Dogma 2 launches on a yet-to-be-confirmed release date on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. More information on the game is coming later today during CAPCOM's Tokyo Game Show 2023 showcase, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
