Today, NVIDIA announced the release of a new Game Ready driver for its GeForce graphics cards. Version 537.42 is optimized for Cyberpunk 2077 2.0/Phantom Liberty, the first game to support the DLSS 3.5 (Ray Reconstruction) feature.
Jakub Knapik, VP of Art and Global Art Director at CD PROJEKT RED, said:

As usual, NVIDIA shared its own benchmarks where the RTX 4090 is shown averaging 102.3 FPS at 4K DLSS Performance mode with Frame Generation, while the RTX 4080 runs at 84.5 FPS. Cheaper RTX 40 Series GPUs can get solid frame rates, too, albeit at lower resolutions.
These performance figures are likely based on the built-in benchmark. Of course, your mileage may vary as you move through Night City. In my capture, I averaged around 80FPS in random Dogtown open world gameplay while playing with the same settings, an RTX 4090 GPU and a 7800X3D CPU.
The new Game Ready driver is also optimized for three games launched this week: Party Animals, Warhaven, and Witchfire. With the exception of Witchfire, all these games are also available via GeForce NOW's cloud service, and GFN subscribers can enable the DLSS and RTX features. Unlike most GeForce Game Ready drivers, this one doesn't include any fixes to game bugs, though it does solve the following bugs with the Octane Render application:
