The official Star Knights of the Old Republic Remake trailer that Sony debuted back in 2021 has been made private and tweets about the game have seemingly been removed.
Fans from the series couldn't have been happier in September 2021 when Sony officially announced a PlayStation 5 remake of the 2003 title. Aside from being a console launch exclusive, Lucasfilm Games also confirmed that the remake would be coming to PC. Things went rather quiet after the initial announcement until last year when rumors about an indefinite delay surfaced. In addition, Embracer's financial results seemed to hint that Aspyr had been removed from the game as a developer. No official statements or announcements about the game's development have been shared since its announcement in 2021, but as spotted by various Twitter users, the official PS5 announcement trailer for the game has been made private. Also, almost all tweets from the PlayStation account have been removed recently. We've included the Twitter thread from user @Crusader3456 below. This thread includes some interesting finds about the KoToR Remake.

The reason for the tweet being deleted and the announcement trailer having been made private by Sony isn't clear. Of course, it could be due to the rumored developer change or a change in direction. It could also mean that more is going on with this highly-anticipated Remake. This, however, is pure speculation on our part. We'll update you as soon as more information about the Knights of the Old Republic Remake for PS5 and PC comes in.
