Intel has released its new Arc GPU Game-On Drivers which add support for Forza Motorsport, and Assassin's Creed Mirage while delivering massive performance uplifts in DX12 & DX11 titles.
Intel Game On Drivers Add Support For Assassin’s Creed Mirage & Forza Motorsport Along With Several Optimizations For DX12 & DX11 Games
Team Blue has been constantly working on its Intel Arc drivers, and the latest game-on Arc GPU driver adds another round of optimizations to DX11 and DX12 titles. The new Game On drivers additionally adds support for the latest titles including Assassin's Creed Mirage which is bundled with Intel's Arc GPUs and Forza Motorsport.

- EA Sports FC 24 (DX12) may experience application crashes during gameplay.
- UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection (DX12) may exhibit texture corruption on characters.
- Starfield (DX12) may experience sporadic instability in some areas of the game.
- Dying Light 2 Stay Human (DX12) may exhibit color corruption during gameplay.
- Fortnite (DX12) may experience an application crash when the Global Illumination setting is set to Lumen Epic.
- Adobe After Effects may experience an application crash during render operations.
- Some Intel Arc A-Series Graphics notebooks may incorrectly report a higher value than expected for the default clock frequency value
With the new driver update comes a long list of optimizations, with performance upgrades for DX11/DX12 across the board. Starting with the more prominent ones, the newly-released Forza Motorsport receives a whopping 19% uplift at 1440p, along with titles such as Resident Evil 4 and The Last of Us Part 1 witnessing a decent bump. Moving on to the older DX11 titles, such as Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Payday 3, and War Thunder, they have received a performance upgrade as well, showing Team Blue's commitment to providing extensive software support.
