Redditor, PantatRabus, has acquired Intel's yet-to-be-released Intel Core i7-14700K 14th Gen CPU from an Indonesian retailer, which shows negligence in adhering to Intel's NDA (non-disclosure agreement) policies. It is uncertain why the retailer actually sold the CPU in the first place, but we have seen similar situations in the past as well, and this occasion seems like either neglect from the retailer's end, or they might probably be unaware of the embargo imposed by Intel themselves.
Regarding pricing, the Redditor reveals that he acquired the Intel Core i7-14700K for around USD $480 which is 15% higher than the RCP of the Core i7-13700K. When compared to the Indonesian pricing for the Core i7-13700K which retails for around 7,200,000 ($~460 US), you are looking at a 4% higher price which is decent given that you are getting higher clocks and 4 extra E-Cores on this particular SKU.

For the Core i7-14700K, Intel will be utilizing its 8+12 core configuration which offers 20 cores and 28 threads. This will be a nice upgrade over the existing Core i7-13700K which offers an 8+8 core configuration, allowing for a nice boost to multi-threading performance thanks to those extra E-Cores. The CPU will offer 33 MB of smart cache (vs 30 MB) and feature clock speeds of 3.4 GHz at base and up to 5.6 GHz with TBMT3. That's also a +200 MHz boost over the 13700K & we can see performance uplifts of around 5-10% from this particular SKU.
Meanwhile, in Germany, Intel's Core i9-14900K was being sold for 684.99 Euros at eBay and while the listing has been taken down now, the seller was able to sell at least nine units of the particular chip. The CPU price was just 3% higher priced than the Core i9-13900K which once again reflects a very similar pricing structure for the 14th Gen CPUs.

It will feature clock speeds of 3.2 GHz at base & up to 6.0 GHz with a Thermal Velocity Boost. This will be a +200 MHz frequency jump over the Core i9-13900K and the same as the Core i9-13900KS.
Intel's 14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh lineup including the Core i9-14900K, Core i7-14700K, and the Core i5-14600K is expected to hit retail by October 16th, and several European and Asian retailers have already started to list specific SKUs within the series.
