During September's State of Play, we learned that ArcheAge 2 has a new title: ArcheAge Chronicles. According to developer XLGAMES, the title reflects some changes made to the game, which now combines some MMO elements with the online action RPG genre. Jake Song, CEO of XLGAMES, said in a statement: We are incredibly excited to unveil 'ArcheAge Chronicles' to the world.
