The weight is compared against the iPhone 14 Pro models, showing how titanium compares to stainless steel. As you can see, the iPhone 15 Pro will be lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro, coming in at 191 grams against 206 grams. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will weigh 221 grams against 240 grams of the iPhone 14 Pro Max.
While titanium is lighter than stainless steel, the weight difference is not as huge as you might have expected. Since Apple is upgrading the iPhone 15 Pro with faster internals and upgraded camera hardware, it could add extra weight to the device as well. Additionally, it was also previously reported that the iPhone 15 Pro models will house bigger batteries which will further increase the weight of the device. Henceforth, stainless steel is not the only factor that contributes to the weight of the device.

Take note that these are mere speculations at this stage as the final word rests with Apple. Apple will announce the iPhone 15 lineup potentially on September 12, according to Mark Gurman alongside the new Apple Watch Series 9 and upgraded Apple Watch Ultra.
