Shortly after someone at Google uploaded a promo image of the Pixel 8 Pro alongside the Pixel Watch 2, the company has finally confirmed its Made by Google event for all the new Pixel hardware that we are going to see. The event will be going live on Wednesday, October 4th, so be sure that you are ready.
The Made by Google event for Pixel 8 and Pixel Watch 2 will take place in New York City. The keynote is going to start at 10 a.m. ET, and as always, the event will be live-streamed on various platforms, including YouTube.

The date corroborates with the previous rumors surrounding the Pixel 8 and Pixel Watch 2 since we already knew that these devices would be launching in early October, and now we have the release date.
As far as the devices, Google is going to unveil the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro along with the Pixel Watch 2. This is the same time you can expect Android 14 to start rolling out on the stable channel, so that is one more thing to look forward to. There might be some surprise announcements that the company could reveal, but so far, we only know the new phones and a smartwatch will be coming out.
I am really excited to see what the Pixel 8 series brings to the table. Aside from teh fact that the 5-year software update plan seems like a great thing, the phone will have a lot of new AI-powered features that could make it a hit for a lot of people, and I am hoping that is the case.
