To install the latest iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 release candidate build, all you have to do is launch the Settings app on your iPhone then head over to General > Software Update > Beta Updates > and install the iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 release candidate build. Before you do so, make sure that your developer account is linked to your Apple ID. If it is not, you will not receive the update on your iPhone or iPad.
