We know that the Galaxy Buds FE could go official any day now thanks to the fact that we have seen them in various leaks, and we know that Samsung is going back to its roots in terms of design. Now, considering how this is another Fan Edition product, I am expecting to see them launch alongside the Galaxy Tab S9 FE along with the Galaxy S23 FE, and if all things go accordingly, we could see a launch happening sometime this year.
Samsung is not even trying to hide the Galaxy Buds FE a secret anymore
Earlier this week, we saw the Galaxy Buds FE leak through promotional material. The leak showed renders of the upcoming affordable Galaxy Buds, and we got a good look at some features, as well. Today, we have another set of renders showing the buds in both black and white color, basically giving us a much clearer look at what Samsung is cooking.
Now, it is worth noting that the source claims that these images were taken from the official PDF, which contains all the information on the latest earbuds. This means that all these images are, in fact, official. Looking at the Galaxy Buds FE, you can see that Samsung has gone back to the archives as the earbuds look a lot like the original Galaxy Buds, whereas the case itself looks a lot like the one that we see with Galaxy Buds 2 and later. This is not really a bad thing, to be honest.
The Galaxy Buds FE does offer touch control, as well. You are also getting access to active noise cancellation, and considering how these are Fan Edition earbuds, they are going to cost less than their elder siblings. How low, we don't know just yet, but don't worry, as the price is not going to be egregious.
As far as the release date is concerned, we still don't know when the Galaxy Buds FE is going to come out. The information we have received so far does point out that the buds will be available sometime later this year, and I hope that is the case because it would make little sense to release the new earbuds and devices next year.
