Honestly, this should not come as a surprise because Apple normally does let some of its Pro-exclusive features trickle down to the more affordable iPhones. In this year's case, both the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus received the Dynamic Island along with other features that were previously exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro series.
This means that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max would be somewhat similar in terms of the camera department. If you are wondering about this tetraprism zoom lens that Apple is using, it is basically designed in such a way that it mimics the results that you can expect from an actual 120mm lens when combined with a full-frame camera. The difference here is that it is the 5x telephoto camera on the 15 Pro Max that issues this lens, and honestly, it is going to benefit pro users even more next year.
Now, the good news is that based on Apple's previous record, there is a high chance that we are going to see the iPhone 16 Pro with the new tetraprism camera.
