Every day, we move closer to the release date of the Galaxy S23 FE, and while a lot of us still don't know when the phone is going to launch, it does not stop the evidence from mounting up. Today, the phone has been spotted in the Google Play Console listing, and the listing reveals some information about Samsung's upcoming device.
You will be able to buy the Galaxy S23 FE in both Exynos and Snapdragon variants
For the longest time, we heard that the Galaxy S23 FE is going to be available only with an Exynos 2200. Then rumors started propping up that there is also a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 option available, and today, the rumors have been confirmed because the Google Play Console listing shows that the phone will indeed be available in both CPU choices.
The Google Play Console listing also confirms that the Galaxy S23 FE has 8 gigs of RAM, and while we might see a higher RAM variant, I have a feeling that this will be it. The chances of the phone having two storage variants are higher.
As far as the specs are concerned, the Galaxy S23 FE looks like a compelling device, to be honest. You are getting a 6.4-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will be available in 128/256 gigs of storage, a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera. A 10-megapixel camera will sit on the front, and the phone will also have a 4,500 mAh battery with 25W wired charging.
The Galaxy S23 FE won't be the only Fan Edition device launching as Samsung is also working on the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Buds FE. So, I have a feeling that the whole event is going to focus on the fan edition devices, and I cannot wait to see what Samsung has in store for us because, let's be honest, the fan edition brand has a lot of potential as long as Samsung is pulling it off right.
