The Galaxy S23 FE has been getting our attention for some time now, and over the past couple of months, we have heard a lot about Samsung's mid-range flagship. It appears that the launch is finally official, as the company's Twitter account has finally shared a teaser.
The new generation of Samsung Fan Edition devices are launching soon, and Galaxy S23 FE will be the highlight
It appears that the Galaxy S23 FE will be sharing its launch date with the Google Pixel 8 series. We are not sure if it is just a coincidence or an elaborate move, but I am really glad that Samsung is finally launching the phone instead of delaying it even further.
The teaser was posted on the official Twitter account that says "The new epic," and it also mentions that the phone is launching on October 4th. This is definitely good news for anyone who is looking to change their phone. However, it is worth noting that the Galaxy S23 FE will not be the only device unveiled on October 4th. We are also going to see the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Buds FE on the same day. The Galaxy Ring also might show up as an announcement and not a launch, but we cannot confirm that.
As far as the Galaxy S23 FE is concerned, the phone is looking promising so far, with hardware from last year that is still capable. The phone is going to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and the Exynos 2200. There is a 50-megapixel main camera, a decent battery, a display, and, of course, the same DNA shared by the elder siblings. The phone should be starting at $599, which is a compelling price when you look at other phones in this price range. While it might not be competing with the Pixel 8 series, it will surely be a worthy competitor of the Nothine Phone 2, which offers similar specs but in a more stylish package.
