Twitter or X has been going through a lot ever since it was acquired by Elon Musk, and while for most users, the platform largely remains the same as it was before, a lot of people have talked about how there have been some changes lately that are not sitting well with the users. Despite that, the popularity is still going strong, and users are still swarming to the platform every time there is a new update.
Hate ads on Twitter? The platform is soon getting new Premium tiers, including one that takes care of the ads completely
A new report suggests that Musk is looking to add the Twitter Premium even further by introducing more tiers, including a tier that will absolve all ads that you will have to face.
X Premium, formerly known as Twitter Blue, allows access to some exclusive features that are not available to normal users. Currently, there is just one tier that allows you access to all the perks that the platform has to offer, but if the new change is to be believed, having more tiers will simply allow the platform to provide more benefits.
Based on teh code found in the app, Twitter is apparently going to have three tiers now. You are going to get access to Premium Basic, Premium Standard, and Premium Plus. Honestly, this does not sound like a good move, but apparently, this is what Musk wants, so we might have to live with it.
X Premium will be broken up into 3 tiers:

Premium Standard - Half Ads
Premium Plus - No Ads pic.twitter.com/I0CyaQf2ME— Aaron (@aaronp613) October 5, 2023
Honestly, there is nothing wrong with wanting to bring more tiers into your plan, but sometimes, it stops making sense as to why you would need to introduce more tiers. If Twitter is doing well with the current X Premium, I see no reason to bring more Premium tiers into the fold. If you do want ot bring more tiers, then they should be named accordingly. Another thing to note here is that, at the time, we were only aware of the fact that these tiers would take care of ads. We don't know if these tiers would offer other things, too. But we will keep you posted as soon as we learn more about it. So be sure that you stay tuned.
