SK hynix starts shipping LPDDR5T DRAM for smartphones

Several flagship smartphones will start getting treated to the faster LPDDR5T DRAM as manufacturer SK hynix begins shipping the first batch to its partners. The company had previously announced the next-generation DRAM technology, and now it will finally be implemented in handsets. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that this memory is only found in devices sporting MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300.
