The Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro are finally official. The company announced the new smartphones in an event in Berlin, and the new phones bring everything that you would ask from high-end Xiaomi phones, including Leica camera branding, better hardware, and an IP68 rating.
Starting with the Xiaomi 13T, the phone offers a Dimensity 8200 Ultra chipset, which basically is just an overclocked variant. The phone also has up to 12 gigs of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 gigs of UFS 3.1 storage. You are also looking at a 6.67-inch OLED display with 144Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and a whopping 2,600 nits peak brightness.

The Xiaomi 13T also offers a 50-megapixel main camera with a 1/28" sensor, offers OIS, and everything else you'd expect. The telephoto camera is also a 50-megapixel sensor and has a 50mm equivalent focal length. The third is a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. On the front, you get a 20-megapixel camera for selfies. Considering how the company has partnered with Leica, you get to choose from some Leica looks if you want.
Powering the Xiaomi 13T is a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W charging. The company claims that the phone can go from 0 to 100% in just 42 minutes, which is still an impressive number. The phone is available in three colors -- Meadow Green, Black, and Alpine Blue. The Alpine Blue has a BioComfort vegan leather finish on the back, while the other two colors are glass. You can get yourself the new phone for €650 for the 8/256 GB version.
If you are looking for the upgraded Xiaomi 13T Pro, you are looking at a phone with a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone, however, has a more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset. The cameras and batteries carry over from the standard version.
The Xiaomi 13T Pro does offer you a choice between 12 and 16 gigs of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, which starts at 256GB and goes all the way up to 1TB. The Pro variant also has faster charging speeds of 120W, and according to the claims, your phone can go from 0 to 100% in just 19 minutes.
The Xiaomi 13T Pro is available in the same colors/finishes but starts at €800 for the base 12/256GB variant.
